Calendar & Booking Setup

You have full control over your calendar schedule.

During the technical setup, your personal calendar was connected as both a conflict and connected calendar.

Here’s how it works:

• Bookings sync automatically:

All bookings made through your landing page’s booking calendar will automatically appear in your connected calendar.

• Busy times are blocked:

Any event or appointment you create in your personal calendar that’s marked as “busy” will automatically block that time in your booking calendar, preventing clients from booking during that period.

• Privacy is protected:

Clients and leads can only see your available times — they can’t view the details of your personal events.

• Notifications:

All new lead and booking notifications will be sent to the email address connected to your GoHighLevel account, so you’ll be instantly notified whenever a new lead or booking comes in.

To change your available times, simply edit or add events in your personal calendar and mark them as “busy” to block time, or “free” to make those hours available for bookings.
